Service

Mary/Martha Guild This women’s group is devoted to promoting growth in Christian knowledge and Christian fellowship. The Guild sponsors charitable projects, community service and fundraisers. Meetings are held the third Monday of each month.

Sports

Looking for good fellowship and an organized sports activity? Ascension’s teams compete in the Fort Wayne Lutheran leagues in Dartball and Volleyball. Teams play weekly during their respective seasons. Dartball is open to adult and teenage men, and volleyball is coed.

Youth Fellowship

The Junior High Youth Group is for young people in grades 6 through 8. Monthly meetings held through the school year provide an opportunity for fellowship and to grow in God’s Word. Parents take turns organizing and supervising events.

The Senior High Youth Group provides Christian fellowship with other teens for young people in grades 9 through 12. They discuss current events and other topics of interest to the group as they relate to God’s Word.  Meetings are held once a month during the school year and are led by one of Ascension’s seminarian fieldworkers.
